we ordered from a vending machine. forgot to take picture, gomen ne.
then the window next to our table is opened, a waitress appeared and took the slips from vending machine.
then we filled out a form stating how we like our noodle: spicy or not, lean meat or extra fat, firm or soft noodles, etc.
after they delivered our order, they closed the window.
there's even instructions on how to crack the boiled egg... which was also YUMMY!
